Imagine your LIFE in the house!

Many times when showing homes the buyer knows that they want 2 or 3 bedrooms, split level or ranch, 1  or 2 car garage. Many times my buyers can imagine their furniture in the different rooms, color paint on the walls, and decor that will surround them. But when faced with many good choices, it is important to imagine your LIFE in the house. What do you do on a daily basis? Do you like to enjoy the paper with a cup of coffee off your backyard deck?
